When programming your satnav, it may say the highest number in Paddock Lane is 35. Follow it to this point and we are a few doors further along the street.

From the West: Follow the A27 to the roundabout signposted Lewes, the A277 and take this road.  Travel for around a mile going through several sets of traffic lights.  Once in the High Street, turn left at the traffic lights by the Ask restaurant, 100 meters later turn left onto Mount Place. On the right is Pleasant Stores and The Elephant & Castle pub, take the next left just after the pub into Paddock Road.  Paddock Road is very narrow and it is acceptable to drive on the pavement, Paddock Road becomes Paddock Lane and we are the second to last town house on the left.

From the East: Follow the A27 to the roundabout signposted Lewes, the A26 and take this road. Travel though the Cuilfail Tunnel and at the roundabout immediately after the tunnel turn left. 50 meters later go straight across the next roundabout towards Lewes town, Harvey’s Brewery is on the left hand side and Tesco can be seen on the right.  Bear round to the left, keeping in the left hand lane, past Waitrose on the left. Travel straight on at the traffic lights with Boots the chemist on the left hand side. 100 meters later straight across a mini-roundabout into a one way street.  At the T junction turn right up the hill.  Straight across at the Ask restaurant traffic lights.  100 meters later turn left onto Mount Place.  On the right is Pleasant Stores and The Elephant & Castle pub, take the next left just after the pub into Paddock Road.  Paddock Road is very narrow and it is acceptable to drive on the pavement, Paddock Road becomes Paddock Lane and we are the second to last town house on the left.

From the North: Travelling south on the A275, bear left onto the A2029 the Offham Road. Travel down the hill for around a mile, go across a mini-roundabout then next right into Paddock lane, which is just before the Elephant & Castle pub on the left. Paddock Road is very narrow and it is acceptable to drive on the pavement, Paddock Road becomes Paddock Lane and we are the second to last town house on the left.
